Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company product & services clearly.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and clients details.
Follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
Handle client queries and provide appropriate services
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
