Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for lead generation, service explanation, and follow-ups
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively to introduce the company’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM systems regularly, and share daily activity and performance reports.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally, routing them to the appropriate departments when needed.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to access updated calling lists and execute campaign-specific outreach.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients through consistent and courteous communication.
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
