The Chief Marketing Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, market share, and revenue. This role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s business, identifying new growth opportunities, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Job Role:
● Leads high potential marketing strategy
● Set marketing goals, resource plans, and budgets.
● Lead & mentor entire marketing leadership & teams.
● Drive business growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
● Increasing business, revenue, and market share by executing strategies.
● Work with top leaders to align marketing with company goals.
● Manages brand reputation & represent the company externally ( PR, Partners)
● Determines marketing mix & customer journey strategy
● Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth
● Review performance of the entire marketing team and adjust strategy.
● Establish strong partnerships with industry bodies, government agencies, media, and other relevant organisations.
● Organize and approve events such as seminars, industry workshops, government forums, or trade shows.
● Build long-term plans to grow the company’s brand and reach more clients.
● Supervise senior marketing staff such as the Senior Marketing Manager
● Study government subsidy trends, client needs and what competitors are doing.
● Set targets to measure marketing success e.g.Monthly review of inquiries generated through marketing activities.
● Approving brochures, presentations and industry communications.
Qualifications:
● Any Graduate or post Graduate with preferred experience in senior marketing role
● More than 7 years of progressive & aggressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role with a team leading of 10 people.
● Proven track record of driving growth & executing marketing strategies (digital + traditional).
● Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics, ROI, customer data & market research.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
● Able to manage substantial budgets, lead cross‑functional teams, and adapt in fast‑paced environments.
